What do I need to send you?
A few answers about your story (how you met, favourite moments, inside jokes, names) and 3 to 10 photos of the people in it. Phone photos are perfect.
Is it made by AI?
We use AI-assisted tools to draw and animate, and a real person checks every cartoon before it reaches you. You always see a preview first.
How long does it take?
Your preview arrives in about 2 to 3 days. Because it is a digital gift, nothing ships, so it can still be a great last-minute surprise.
What if I don't love the preview?
Tell us what to change and we'll fix it. If we can't get it right, we'll refund you.
Can I use photos of my kids or family?
Yes, if you're their parent or guardian. You'll confirm you have the right to use every photo and that everyone pictured (or their parent) is happy for it to be used. We only use your photos and story to make your cartoon, and we never share them or use them anywhere else without your OK.
What do I get at the end?
A video file (MP4) that plays on any phone or computer, to watch, share and keep.
Can I choose the music?
The Deluxe Surprise comes with an original song written for your story. We make our own music so your video is always safe to share online.
Can I give it to someone else?
